Black Bold and Natural’s Path to Power is not just a celebration of Black female entrepreneurship it’s a door way to foster a community of Black Excellence in a world where we need to harness all of our resources so we can continue to persist. The goal is not only to survive but thrive in life, business and our careers. With Carmella M. Williams at the helm of this initiative, Path to Power is being taken to new heights on a daily basis. Carmella first started this path to power initiative as a session with her hair show in 2015. In what started as a topic of discussion in a hair show has bloomed into a stand alone initiative that now has taken a national platform.
Everyone who attended the the first official Path to Power event in Youngstown February 2018 expressed how life changing the event was for them. Our goal is to help individuals to find their voice and most importantly find their path to power so that they can continue to strengthen the African American Community.
